What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, work email address, and (derived from your email) your company's domain, which we use to link your account to your organization. If you contact us, we keep what you send us: name, company, email, and your message.
Once you're using the simulator, we store the projects, models, and simulation data you create, so you can come back to them. We also log basic technical information (IP address, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies involved.
Payment information
Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We don't receive or store your full card details. Our payment processor collects and processes them directly through their embedded payment form.
How we use your data
We use the following categories of service providers to run MechMimic:
